Whom do we cater for? This is primarily to cater for outstation brides who have time constraints and expect to arrive in Kerala a week or two prior to the wedding. Online customisation is easier when the bride-to-be has a clear picture of the kind of wedding dress she envisions. Due to time-zone difference online discussions take longer than face-to-face discussions. Hence it is always recommended for brides-to-be to plan ahead such that the discussions are kicked off at least 3 or 4 months prior to the wedding. Depending on the design, we at D’Aisle need 1 – 2 months for making a custom gown. This could be slightly longer during peak wedding seasons. So it’s always advisable to start ahead. It is also important to plan sufficient time for trial and alterations.
