From fabric to fairytale
1. Get in touch with us
Drop us a message with your WhatsApp number so we can schedule a call to discuss your plans and ideas.
2. Tell us about your dream dress
Chat with a d’Aisle designer on an online call to work through your ideas and favorite styles. We’ll also take your measurements for a perfect fit.
3. Finalise your design
Upon recieving a token payment, we will begin sketching your dress design and sourcing samples of any specific materials you have in mind. Once we have finalised the design with you, we will provide you with a finalised quotation for the finished dress.
4. Try on your dress
You can either visit the store for a fit on or we’ll get on a call with you for a final check of the measurements.
5. The finale
Once the balance payment is settled and the last adjustments are done, we’ll courier or handover the dress to you.

How do I start with the online customisation process?
All you have to do is WhatsApp us or leave us a message through our website, and one of our designers will be available to assist you in initiating the online customisation process. We’ll be with you from start to finish so that you have a seamless and personalised experience.
How long does it take for customisation?
We usually require 2-3 months for the customisation process whether conducted offline or online. However, simpler designs can be done in a month to accommodate varying timelines. Please note that for courier orders, the timeline may be slightly extended to account for necessary alterations.
What is the price range for your gowns?
Our gowns start from INR 40,000, ensuring that there’s something for every bride. The final price would depend on the confirmed fabric, flare, trail etc.
Do you offer ready-made gowns?
Yes, we do, and you can explore our diverse collections in-store and also browse our ready-made section on the website for convenient shopping options. Our ready-made gowns are typically a US size 6, but every gown can be custom-tailored to perfectly fit any body type and size.
Do you have a rental option?
Sorry, we don’t provide rentals.
Do I need to make an appointment to try out the gowns?
Yes, please book an appointment so that you won’t be inconvenienced as our boutique is always busy and your designer may not be available otherwise.
How do you cater to the alterations required for courier orders?
Prior to dispatching both domestic and international orders, a round of re-measurements will be conducted.
For domestic courier orders, gowns are dispatched at least one month in advance to allow ample time for pick-up, alterations, and return. For international orders, customers should coordinate with a local tailor for any last minute adjustments with our team guiding the alterations.
Do you offer gown shipping services?
Yes, we do, we offer shipping services for both domestic and international destinations, offering efficient and dependable delivery services for all our brides.
How much is the shipping charge?
Our domestic shipping charges are INR 2,000, and international shipping charges range between INR 15,000 to 25,000, depending on the destination.
